Aqua Arena AND Luster Lake..? =P

I'm a bit baffled at the need for two water zones

Sonic 2 had 2 water zones while Sonic 3 had 5 zones composed of water sections. Sonic Advance 3 had 2 water zones as well.
So 2 water zones here isn't too much of a problem IMO

I originally intended for luster lake to be in Classic 2, but I felt this game lacked levels. It's not horribly bad!

    I don't mind 2 water levels, it's a biggish game so there's room for at least 2.

I.. actually would have liked that. :v:

The game wouldn't be any longer than Sonic 3 with 6 zones. Up to you though. :)

could also save you work to do in Classic 2

Aqua Arena becoming the new HPZ? =3
I mean throwing the zone out WOULD put me ahead of schedule...but it's not a bad zone. Personally, the more the merrier? I just need to polish up some bosses really, and implent the final boss.

I think two water levels is better than one. 3:03 of the trailer was awesome.

    I'm already anticipating the sequel!

Just about every level in Sonic 3 was part water zone! :eng101:

Gotta play. I feel like the world may end if I don't play. This is brilliant, it looks like Megamix but more changes on a larger scale and.. and.. :argh:, I must play and I got a lot of crazy friends who would die to play something like this too.

    Godspeed, OP. Godspeed.

    EDIT: A Demo? ZOMG

To be fair, Classic is a fan game, not a hack; in other words, it's been created 'from scratch', rather than altered from an existing game. So it's not easily comparable to Megamix. I agree that it's looking impressive, though! July isn't far away. :v:

To be fair nitpicking at a post is OCD while Megamix and Sonic The Hedgehog Classic are both great things.

Gtfo with telling me stuff I already know.

Yeah, you're right. I ought to apologise for simply aiming to clarify in case you (or anyone else) didn't know, while echoing your sentiment about the game. ahem

I don't have too much more to show, since I'm in the process of adding in the final bosses and tweaking stuff and such. Almost all of my beta testers kind of bitched out on me too so I'm in desperate need of a couple of new ones :\

  19. If you needed immediate feedback, why didn't you ask?

I can do that, just have to do a few more run throughs...

Take you're time if you're still testing. I was just used to a confirmation PM after I sent out the beta's, and I only got one back this time :\
