Can't the same thing be said for the spindash animation of Sonic 2 and 3? This is mostly noticeable in Sonic 2, where you can easely see that after every spindash frame there is a different static frame, with different shine and different shape.
I did the spring sprite, but I guess its going to be ignored until I can figure out how to blow it up accurately.
I don't think so, but you can just export the individual frames and put them into a program like ms GIF animator. Also green; good job on the spring sprite, though the right hand looks a little weird to me.
The hands are exactly the same, so they could probably do with some adjustment. The shoes look odd to me. And what's with the large empty space in the image?

Did the first frame for braking, the hand is kinda eh. I was lazy on the shoes, all I did was cut around them, change the colors, and add the buckle, but other than that they're the same as the sonic 3 sprite.
But when I click on the base file link, it shows a whole bunch of meaningless symbols, that I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with. :v:
Main problem: shrinking head. He also tilts it backward too much. I'm pretty sure that last frame is unnecessary.
