Honestly i don't have any info about this version, it's US version for sure... but where this disk came from? A Saturn pack? A demo showroom? A porn movie?
if anyone can help me, please tell me more about this version.
P.s. this will go to the wikia

Typically they put "not for resale" on a disc if it came packaged with something else, so yes, a console or a controller or whatever.

I haven't seen any Sonic R Saturn bundles but that's not to say one doesn't exist. Interesting find.

Well, exatly like for adventure and shuffle US and sega smash pack not for resale inside the dreamcast limited consoles, this must be a "console pack" variant. But... I don't know, maybe i will mail owner of disk and asking if he brought somewhere.

"Not for resale" is also printed on mail-in promotional products. I wouldn't be surprised if this was a given away after someone sent in proofs of purchase of other Sega stuff.

I also wouldn't put it past Sega to bundle this with the analog controller despite Sonic R not having true analog movement.

do we know this is a saturn disc? I swore I had this on PC as part of a bundle involving a couple of racing games? One of them being a demo for a lego racer, but a cursory google search netted me nothing. This would've been around 99-2000ish as I was 8/9 when my parents had the PC.

(I straight up can't see the pic in here so uh. sorry if this is entirely useless.)
