The xbla version of S&K has this too, still laughing that they left it out of mega collection though, lol!

Much much does it cost for those games, 1000 wii points right? how much is that in £ ?

 

800 Wii Points, which is the equivalent of $8 USD. Does Nintendo directly translate that to £8?

 

While I already have this running on the homebrew channel, good to see it's legitimately out on the Wii.

Too bad having the whole set comes at a premium when you could get them all and more for the price of one if you track down a copy of Sonic Mega Collection and I guess a memory card if you need one.

 

I'm severely disappointed that you cant lock on to every single Virtual Console title.

I would look into this, but I already have Sonic Mega Collection so there's not much of a point.

 

If what you're wanting to know if the other options will still work without buying the other 3 games, then yes they would. Seems they stuck all 4 roms into your purchase. So what you're getting for 800 points is pretty much:

- Blue Spheres
- Knuckles in Sonic 2
- Knuckles in Sonic 3
- Sonic & Knuckles

If not, then I feel dumb

 

Try Super Mario World & Knuckles. Now you don't need the cape to fly over entire stages.

 

I'd be more interested in Super Mario Bros 3's Blue Spheres stage.

Or maybe Ninja Gaiden's. See if it's as bullshit impossible as the game itself.

Y'know, if NES/SNES/TG-16/N64 cartridges actually worked in S&K. Which they won't.

 

I see. I deleted my save files of Sonic 1 & 2 as well as the channels to see if it would still work, and it did. + - Though to be honest, I didn't exactly buy it myself, which could be why I could still run it.  

 

Yeah, if you delete a game from the main menu you can go back and download it for free. It will say "DOWNLOADED" in place of the game's point cost.

 

You don't unlock stuff often, do you?

 

Heh about the same value for MSpoints in the US then, where 1000 is $10

This also means you are paying twice the price for each game on the wii instead of the 360 which are 400 points each on live.

Sonic 3 & Knuckles is not in the ps360 mega collection because of some bullshit excuse.
