When using the in-phone Play Store the game shouldn't even appear if your device is incompatible, the game runs decently on my device though (MSM7227 with 184 user RAM) so it might be some chipset incompatibility.
It said it was compatible. I bought it off the Amazon App Store, not really sure if that makes a difference. On both Amazon App Store and Google Play store, it says it's compatible.
That's very weird that it doesn't work. Do You have any other Android phones/devices where you can test the game to see will it work there? I sometimes have had times where the game didn't want to load and it had black screen and then went out to desktop. Then suddenly it loaded again, so I'm not sure why it did so. I have had apps what have issues with some licenses and suddenly next time it worked (Eg Freddie Fish had some license issue and it didn't want to load, kept saying there was issue with my purchase. Odd was, I shut down my tablet and next time when I fired the tablet up and tried Freddie Fish again, it went past that license probem and started to work o_O. Rayman Jungle Run also had issue with some license for first, didnt want to play, said some problem was and then shut down. When I turned off my wifi, then it worked and when I put wifi on, it needed to DL some stuff and after that, Rayman Jungle Run runs perfectly now. )
I don't have any other Android devices actually. I've reinstalled twice, once with 3G, once with wifi. I've tried turning off the phone, and then turning it back on. Haven't tried turning off the wifi yet, but I'll try when I reinstall it.
Yes, I finally unlocked everything in the game (so far) without spending a single dollar. Though Double Rings is very tempting. I figured out the best levels to grind - Jungle Act 3 if you have no rings or Blue Sky Act 3 with 2 magnets and 2 ring times once you have enough to stock up. - Once they are fully upgraded you can haul in about 1400 per run. Be sure to have bounce backs handy so you don't have your efforts and items go to waste. Ring time will still be active but you have to use a new magnet.
Blast Off + Magnet + Ring Time works wonders. Stage gets done fast and the rings just pile in. Costs a little more though.
I tried this, and while it is fast, you still won't be able to turn every enemy into rings, only managed 1100.
I have this new update for Sonic Jump on Android and even though it's 34MB in size, there appears to be little in the way of changes. I'll quote the "What's new" from the Google Store: Loading time optimised across all devices Great Value Ring Bundle now gives 25% more gold rings General bug fixes Support for future update added Overall, all I've noticed is that it doesn't throw false "Sonic Jump has stopped responding" messages at me as a result. Nice that they finally fixed that but the rest of the stuff seems pointless. And yes, I also mean the support for the future update, which is probably the Mechanical Zone. Which is still locked, by the way. At least I can get 25% more gold rings for my money...
So looks like Sonic Jump is dead after all as they are now making "Sonic Jump Fever" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7ELifUEP0ZQ#t=16 It's the same thing with more gimmicks and free to play stuff in there.
I was in hospital on Monday having to undergo an emergency DC Cardioversion and I was playing this while recovering afterwards Top tip for you all, don't play games that require you to tilt the screen, especially when you have a Cannula in your left hand and another in your right arm ><
First Sonic Dash S now this, So why no official press announcements for these new versions of the mobile apps?
They're soft launches like with crazy taxi, only these are more like 1.5 versions so there is not as much to be excited about. They seem to like using canada as their guinea pigs for these things before they show them to the world Also some of Dash S's features were brought over to Dash. Something similar could happen here, as jump hasn't been updated in months
