Wow the amount of booze on that desk where the Werehog got chuked into. What an interesting job.

 

I couldn't figure out how to install the VGMStream properly; could we just have them as mp3s please?

 

Since that IGN video said "this Monday", and the video was posted today (Monday), why would we need a heads-up for something that should happen within the next 6 hours EST?

 

Kinda bothered at how people still pinpoint at the Werehog like Unleashed was the all time low of the series or something. Plus, Big is a cool cat.

REALLY happy to see that even they enjoy it a lot. Seeing a consecutive amount of Sonic games in a row being praised brings a giant smile on my face.

 

That's what I thought, and then I heard the new Rooftop Run. Once again, it's in a league of it's own.

 

The new Sky Sanctuary reminds me of something.

I said this earlier in this thread which is why my concern was for the colour of the stone in Generations. Perhaps I should have put up a picture up like you did for reference.

 

Use an older version of WinAmp, as VGMStream doesn't seem to work with the newest version.

 

Hmm. So I see.

However it's not like I care. AIZ from Advance always kinda looked like Sky Sanctuary advance, it even had the clouds. Also Cheese Sanctuary wouldn't have looked very good being so saturated in 3D anyway.

 

You are all now imagining fighting a double team of the Mecha Sonic and Mecha Knuckles bosses.

Preposterous, but I laughed when that guy threw the Werehog figure.

 

They liked Colors...

But yeah, that part with the Werehog was easily the best part of the video.

Guess now we wait till Monday to hear the GOOD SHIT.

 

I gotta agree with Azukara about the Werehog. Is he that bad? I had fun playing as him (not as much as the Daytime stages, but still, game overall wasn't that bad). But then again, IGN gave the 360/PS3 version a worse score than Sonic 2006...so I guess to them, it is.

 

I've never had too much of a problem with the Werehog, aside from how much it drags down the flow of what could otherwise have been a simpler, speedier gaming experience. As a character, I thought the Werehog was a cool concept, and it was interesting to see a more 'human' side of Sonic as he tried to deal with the mutation. I wouldn't mind seeing him again, whether it's in a cutscene, or climbing Spagonia's clock tower with a Ristar-like monitor power-up. Wouldn't that just be swell?

 

Man, I'm really itchin' to see the game in 3D.

Is there a 3D screenshot I can view somewhere?

 

Not as far as I'm aware for either version. If you have a 360 and the demo you can play that in 3D.

 

Does IGN really get paid for it or are those just interns? cause damn.
