SatAM's pilot was quite possibly the single worst episode of any Sonic show ever. Sally's character there didn't even seem any different from what it was throughout the rest of the series. What... What happened with this post? 3D Sonic fangames are cool. You'd better finish this.
Wow, I'm touched you like how I conceive the character, that said I still don't I've refined her design completely to how I would want her. I actually like Tazi-San's work of her a lot, she gives her a Uekawa feel without destroying that more organic 'cute Bluth-ish animal' feel she had in the show (I also kinda prefer her with slightly smaller hands and feet, than Sonic to make her look more delicate, after Chip, who actually had rather SatAm-ish proportioning, I could see a more authentic interpretation of her being made): http://tazi-san.deviantart.com/art/Sally-studies-73224721 Half and half to me, she seemed a bit more cartoony in the pilot, but as said I think the rest of the show gave her more depth and sentimentality, the fact she was a neurotic crank was a largely comical element of her anyway. I liked she had a somewhat more 'down to earth' character than the others and thus also her fragilities her more visible (she broke into tears and admited her feelings a lot more, which sorta made Sonic a good foil for her). It would also be interesting to have a character that Eggman has actually hurt in some notable manner (albeit without making him an unlikable monster like his SatAm counterpart). That said I think Archie deteriorated her largely making her duller and more Jerk-Sue-ish. SatAm Sally had largely avoided being that sorta stock 'girl-power' image of the time of being kickass by being blandly competant and cold to 'oppressing boys', Archie however seemed to play it more straight. Kath Soucie was kinda inconsistant since she used her natural voice, sometimes she sounded rather throaty and deep and others she sounded more high pitched and teen like. I was amused how she always gave her a shrill 'Phil and Lil' type scream however. Whoops, I've babbled on again, you shouldn't mention Sally in games, it's a subject I can go on about forever. I understand about lighting. I've tried 3D stuff like Maya before for animations and lighting is an b****.
Yeah, I really do like Tazi-San's Sally. Still, the game might still go without her, unless like said before, I could get a simple story with her in it that doesn't stir up anything to big or complex. Pretty good; it'll work for now. There's this guy at the SSMB named "VexusVersion" or something, and supposedly he's good at logos and such. This will do great for now though (until I find a better name for this game >_>) D: It was when AoStH had a baby with SatAM, and had awesome!
Uh-huh. So I'm going to have to ask you not to use that edited version of my model. I remember being asked if somebody could use my model with better hands, and look at that, there it is after I seem to remember saying something along the lines of "no".

Oh wow, I was accepted without noticing XD Anyways, if I may make a suggetion, I say we take a clue from S3K and explain the story through pantomine. Like Night of the Werehog. The context and stuff would be the usual basic story explained in the manual.
That's what I would like to go with. Possibly the only people that would really speak to an extent more than usual would be Eggman. People besides would probably use grunts and small little phrases (like "Hey!" or "Ouch!" or something like that).
Oh yes, don't just stuff her in if it's gonna be a problem. I just like dwelling on the concept so much. That said it helps that SatAm is basically a retooled version of the games scenario in a sense, replace Robotnik with Eggman and Robotocize with Place into Badniks and it would sorta work (eg. Eggman trys to takes over Sally's kingdom and captures her father). Extra points if you make a Robotropolis with Egg Candies and neon Eggman imagery. lol No, no, you're thinking of Sonic Xmas Blast. Hmm, now all I can imagine is Long John Baldry yelling 'SSSSSSNIVELY!!!' lol

On a more serious note, that screenshot shouldn't be there, considering the fact that it's showing content that you know, shouldn't be there. Anyway, it seems like you guys have got some pretty decent work done here. It looks pretty nice. (would've been nice to know D=) The last shot's lighting looks really... off, but those levels look pretty nice in general. Also, would you mind telling me when you update stuff? =<

Please don't use the overused Unleashed Wii model. Use something that hasn't been used, like this model, or make a custom model.
Sorry, I just read your post like you were really ticked off or something ^^; And I know that my post about this was incredibly sudden. I didn't know it meant so much for me to tell about this. =P Don't worry though, I'll tell ya in the future about the updates. It's just a problem with me that I feel like people find me as a nuisance and I have to say "I'm sorry" over and over and then at times not tell people about stuff with this because "I don't wanna bother them in their work." I need to get out of those habits and just tell you guise "hay I got this let's start programmin and it's juice n jam timmmee". :v:

Yeah, I'm not really looking forward to using the UnWiished model. I've seen SO many rigs of that same model... I really do like that model, Jim. The side mouth's the only thing that's bugging me, but I'm sure it can be altered to the side.
I'll see what I can do with it tomorrow. If you need someone who can model objects I might be up for it.
