I'd rather have it on this engine then just a loltonyhawk reskin. at least this engine was sort of made for Extreme but changed into something else.
I JUST BOUGHT THE TECH DECK GAME YOU FAGOTS. AND I'm A HIGHSCHOOL DROPOUT. ALSO YOU ARE ALL ADOPTED.[Citation needed] THANKS YOU GOOD SIRS.
I was absent during this new turn of events. I saw all the videos and read about this and have to say this game looks really fun and interesting. I'd love to play this! I love how the level looks a lot like Green Hill Zone and they seemed like they were going to go back to the Classic Sonic World art style for this game. Being a big lover for racing games and Sonic Riders I can easily say I'd be a sucker for this and gravitate to it right away and enjoy it immensely. It has some potential, too bad it didn't make it but its obvious what concepts and ideas this game did have was transferred and reused for Riders in some form. But this is a amazing find the last thing I thought of when it comes to Sonic Prototypes was a Sonic on a Skateboard game lol.
Indeed, and Seaside Hill's also in the Tech Deck demo, though the little finger man must've covered the checkers with a tarp.
It looks like a cross over of Green Hill and Seaside Hill to me honestly. But since this was during Heroes development yeah I guess it is the early version of Seaside Hill. But whatever you get what I mean lol.
Sonic Heroes attempted to go back to a more classic style (well, at least for some zones), so it isn't surprising really.
After Jimmy generously didn't give me the game, it actually plays pretty well. Obviously had this been more developed then it would've been a competent Sonic game... More competent than Sonic Riders anyway. If we can just get the Sonic version opened up then it should be quite easy to simply replace the TECHDECKBAREKNUCKLEGRIND files with Sonic ones.
Posted a video of the tester level I found after renaming a few of the files. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=09qd6b16sv4
DING!!! There it is <_< Can we for once not just ask for a dump, let stuff trickle as it does. Seriously, one gimme turns into two turns into four etc... let's just let ProtonX here just keep being awesome :p
Wow that level looks fun lol and the City Escape music fits it perfectly. I don't know about you guys but I really like this game and I think it looks like a lot of fun to play. I wonder if there are other levels to be found with just messing around with the files? Oddly enough the 2 unused level maps recently found in Shadow the Hedgehog to me looked like a skate park and remind me of this game. Thank you so much ProtonX for sharing this game and the videos!
I don't know why they're telling the original uninformed story, rather than the truth in that thing. It's not that it's unreleased, it's a pitch. And not even a pitch for Riders. Also, hoverboard? Sonic rides on a hoverboard model maybe, but that's definitely the sound of wheels rolling against the ground. :|

OH neat! Thanks man it helps the community allot since we will probably never see a release of this. If you can, follow cooljerk's advice to video capturing.
