Sonic Colours out for Wii/DS

Ok... enjoy your shitty Sonic games then.

 

So Sonic CD/Knuckle's Chaotix/Sonic 3D Blast's plot with Unleashed gameplay and Super Paper Mario's Pixls?

Alright, I'll bite.

 

Okay then, didn't see that there.

I really don't have a problem with the boost as long as they don't remove rolling from the picture as well. That was my major beef about Unleashed. I mean sure, the slide was technically the roll but without keeping the momentum gained downhill; but I don't care, they should replace sliding with the roll so it could represent what Sonic is and his motive of attacking.

..Unless if it's like UnWiished and the roll is the boost. Then I'm okay with that!

 

Heroes' stuff wasn't all that bad, honestly.

 

If the game is fun, mission accomplished.

 

Sometimes your under 10 word posts are just the most perfect thing ever.

Aesthetically, this game just seems right. Sickeningly cutesy, bouncy music and colourful (duh). It's won me over a thousand and one times on those grounds alone. Now I can't wait to seem the gameplay of both versions. DS version is likely to be a spiritual Rush 3, which is damn fine.

 

Speaking of Rush 3, watch this "traveling from planet to planet" deal become partially involved with dimensions as well, and Blaze and Nega get somehow involved.

I'm calling that too, considering this relates to incredibly surreal environments and boosting AND the DS, in which all the Rushes and this game have in common.

 

Each to their own, I suppose.

 

I'm excited. Thats my take.

 

Looks kind of nice, I hope you can play with a classic controller.

 

Actually I'm quite intrigued by this game. I look really forward for it, but yes, the title could be better.
Just my only little complain...where is Knuckles?

 

Or a Gamecube controller. Looks pretty cool, I hope we get to see some screens fairly soon.

I have a feeling this could be one of the most visually appealing Sonic games, and, in fact, may be the main gimmick of the game overall. It's this that makes me interested in this game.

Makes me also wonder what will be different/the same between the Wii and DS versions? Hand-controlled motions for the actions (such as when you collect the colours)?

 

Okay. Raise your e-hand if you believe something about this game is going to be leaked, not revealed, leaked, by...the end of June or sooner.

 

The already said they are completely different games. The DS one is a 2d game using both screens, and the Wii one is a 3d game with 2d sections.
