I was kinda miffed for a moment before I remembered 2014 is almost over. We're probably not going to have much more than a couple months' wait for new content, which isn't terrible. Still, that was a pretty short run.
It wasn't meant to be a knock against the quality of the tv show, but more a compliment to the comic so far. Animation is expensive, likely far more so than a monthly comic, which makes me believe that, if they don't kill it with the others, it has the opportunity to really grow into its own when it no longer has the other two aspects of its existence around. Like how after SatAM and Adventures ended, the Archie comics became completely their own entity (minus of course Ken Penders mucking up everything).
Watched today's episode on streaming. Seeing Tails riding on the Eggmobile while shooting lasers at a blue Eggman who spindashes and uses homing attacks against buzzbombers was ...really something. Hope Spazz uploads it in 1080 soon so I can rewatch it in better quality
Just watched today's episode, Mike Pollock imitating Sonic with his Eggman voice is probably one of my favorite moments in the show so far.

Knuckles in a cake was fantastic. Also love the line "Why would Sonic leave a present for you on his porch? Where's the logic in that!" And they probably turned him back to normal because they would hate being around two cocky Sonics all day.
Agreed, it was 4kids best decision they have ever made to place him as Dr. Eggman that I thank them for. and I'm sure hell will be literally raised if SEGA even remotely thinks about replacing him.
