In the meantime, what about that Metroidvania-type Sonic Game you were working on? I mean, I know you were going to release it after this one, but I kind of wish there was something to tide people over in the meantime.
You have no need to apologie, releasing two of the most awesome Sonic fangame in the span of two (or three can't remember ^^') years is already too good to be true. Let's give the soundtrack the time it needs to be completed, it's gonna be worthwhile
@Thousand Pancake that one is also finished but it's meant to tie in with another game and get people used to a different gameplay style. also, it contains some spoilers. =P I think releasing it before ATS might be a pretty bad idea. =/ @rest of the world also, it's not metroidvania people D: don't expect it to play like one because it's not! EDIT: hey, let's see who can figure out the name of my new game. it's made of 3 words and ends with "Adventure".

Well, hilariously enough (in a non-humorous way) after a boatload of career/education/life/etc-related setbacks, in comes the ultimate excuse in the form of the Boston Marathon bombings, which occurred literally less than two blocks away from my apartment, and which occurred literally ~45 minutes before when KgZ and I were meeting. The 'hilarious' part being as screwed up as it sounds in terms of priority, this month was pretty much a clean stretch for me as far as wrapping up the project goes, and the bombings aren't affecting us too much as far as wrapping this up. Didn't want to make an official statement on forums despite my continued assurances on soundcloud that 'things were getting done' but things are actually getting done. I know it's been a long wait and you may have heard Lake's hard deadline of end of this month, but we're on track for getting everything implemented as originally planned. To tide over, some new music has been/is being uploaded but rest assured there's plenty of stuff that's been kept secret so there's still a lot of surprises in store for when the game launches.

Why do you guys do this to me? That aside, nice post, VizardJeffhog! I just heard all the songs, and really... This must be the fangame with the best OST I've ever heard, no hype.
