Yeah, I'd be interested in the title on the grounds that you could use all these nifty sword and hookshot moves to explore the landscape, like a proper platformer; I'd be significantly less interested to see that the entire game is linear as hell and you only do these cool moves because the game calls for it along the way...

 

Not that I don't believe you but how do we know? Was there an interview or something?

 

I thought it was reported in multiple magazines. Besides, the shaking is used for sword movement, so that's not going to work this time, I guess.

A post-Sonic Heroes Crush 40 song that doesn't suck? GASP 8O

 

I argue that most of those songs suck because they weren't given much to work with (His World, Seven Rings: I'm looking at you).

Sonic May Cry/Legend of Sonic *GET*. Part of me died inside.

 

We know the game is controlled using the analog controller, but I'm wondering if this game also has the auto run thing. It seems as though they aren't playing the premise for laughs, which is a shame, because a "Knighty Knight Sonic" kind of thing could have been hilarious.

 

"Knight Of The Wind"... huh. Well, it's the first original Crush 40 song since (I Am) All Of Me and Never Turn Back in 2005 (for Shadow The Hedgehog). I for one really liked their covers of All Hail Shadow and Seven Rings In Hand, although they absolutely butchered His World. (And I have a very bad feeling we might see a Crush 40 cover of Endless Possibility on the Unleashed OST.)

This song... well, I can't judge it, because it's only an extract and it may be an early version of something that's not done. It's really corny, and not the GOOD kind of corny like they usually do.

I'm alright with the song, it's decent. I guess coming from someone that likes "I Am... All of Me" this doesn't sound like much though...

However, I decided that I wanted to see if a different song could fit. One try, just one. I tried one song in my extremely large playlist and it fit fairly well. At least, it synced with some actions fairly well. Take a look-see...

Here's a version without lyrics. It's the same trailer, but when I searched for it on Youtube, the first result was this one, which has the same song but without the vocal track. Don't know what that does for anyone, but in any case, there it is.
