That ROM is a hoax. It's been out for quite a while.

 

Where do you get it? I want it! I NEED it!!!

 

It's a useless hoax, now. It was released before the actual game came out.

 

Download the real game instead.

And I can give you some cheats :P

Here's one I found m'self: Play as Sonic - Press Start. Go to the character select and press A. If done correctly, you should be in Leaf Forest as Sonic! :P

 

Most of the things. Level cheat, ring cheat, Amy Rose cheat, etc...

 

Amy Rose cheat, you said?

 

You mean Game Shark/Genie?

 

No, direct IRAM access :P

And we all know Amy isn't a cheat, but it's easier to do the cheat than finish the game with all the characters

 

What emulator are you using?

 

VisualBoy. I forget which version, though. Why? :huh:

 

I'd really like to know that cheat to get Amy playable in Sonic Advance 2. Someone tell me, please.

 

Beacuse it's easiest to apply the cheats with VisualBoy Advance
