    Hmm, looks pretty good.
    Could be a little darker though, doesn't give the underground feel to me.

    Definitely too light for underground.
    EDIT: Even for daytime, and this takes place at night.

    hmm, I guess that's true. The problem will be getting it dark enough, and still having it look good.

    It shouldn't be too hard, just darken all of the colors you have by an equal ammount, and it will look the same, but darker. It's also kind of blurry to me right now.

    I've made a new version of it. It'll look diffrent by the release, it's just a basic thing to see if it looks good.

    I'm not sure if I really like the way you're going for the underground stuff. Try and make it look rocky.

    Yeah, that could work. Although building the mappings for HPZ styled art are a bitch. Not something I'd recommend to the lazy hacker, like me. =P I'm not saying dhz is a lazy hacker, he's really trying here, obviously.

    If you work at it though, it'll look great.

    Yes, please take off the "stretch to fit window". It doesn't make a difference that much to me, but some others would really appreciate it.

    I think the background should be a mixture of Mystic Cave and Hidden Palace's big chunks of rock. That would look really decent ;)

    Those 2 latest screens give a better impression of how it looks. Love it.

    Just got another idea: smart bomb monitor, blow up all badniks on screen.

    Sith, I doubt that I could program something like that sadly. Well, I've got tired of working on art right, and the pain in the ass messing around with soned 2. So I'm basic doing the doing the EHZ act 2 in another S2 rom. So something will look diffrent. Also, I've got good news. I haven't my touch with level editing.

    Pu7o, If you've haven't even played LP. You have no right to talk about it. Couple new shots. Let me know what you think of the new palette. Collison is a little crappy right now. I'll fix it before I release it.

    I love the new palette. There are a few problems with the art, which I am sure you will correct. Such as the diagonal art not continuing the texture, and the tiles under the grass. Other than that, and the weird pole tile sticking in the middle of the ground, it looks great.
