    Still applies, you haven't seen the other levels. Oh and did I say that I was going to add a mine cart level? Maybe I'll add a cameo appearance in Mystic Cave, but my programming skills are terrible so don't expect that you'll be riding in it.

    By the way, Sonic 2 Dimps Edition isn't supposed to create Sonic 4 on the Mega Drive, it's an overall parody of Dimps' work. There's a seperate project for that and even though it has been delayed, it'll still come out better than the work I'm doing on this.

    Are you going to put in/take out levels matching Sonic 4? If you do. It would be great to see new level layouts as well for this parody.

    EDIT:

    I've just looked back at a post from you about a month ago stating that the zones are staying the same. Has your mind changed at all on that situation?

    The funny thing is, this hack is starting to become a "real" hack, because there are a few elements, I've never seen before in any other hack (like this uncurling feature).

    Just a question, are the monitors still not fixed? It looked like you avoided them in the video.

    I notice he still didn't uncurl coming out of that ramp towards the end there. Still working on that then?

    Otherwise it looks about right. Bottomless pit was lol. Needs moar speed boosters though, I saw a few ramps without them. Better get on that!

    Also, I always thought that falling sprite looked kinda...off. Like, why is he looking at me, and not where he's going? Not saying edit it or anything anal like that, just felt like pointing that out. *shrug*

    Oh, and any plans to add the targeting reticules in there? :v:

    Ah, boosters need to make Sonic roll, also has a booster before EVERY tunnel. Its part of the Dimps 10 commandments:
    1: Thou Shalt Spam Speed Boosters
    2: Thou MUST Use Homing Attack
    3: Uncurling...
    4: Thou Shalt Play With Modern Sonic
    5: Physic Shalt Be False
    And 5 more...

    I'm making this hack because I have no idea what else to make, plus it's rather simple in a way.

    Nope.

    Uncurling on slopes isn't done yet and I'm unsure how that could even be possible.

    I'm going to attempt to redo the layouts since people have said that the vanilla Sonic 2 layouts don't work right with the Dimps additions.

    I'll see if I can get some more sprites done.

    Not sure if there's enough VRAM space, but it's probably possible, I'm just shit at coding.

    If you set a flag whenever Sonic jumps, and clear it whenever he lands, then if Sonic is airborne, curled, and the flag is clear (I.e. he didn't jump), then display the uncurling animation.

    J.League PK Party, a "penalty kick" minigame.
    I think that putting a lot of springs that send Sonic to other springs which are less than 2m near them would be a Dimps feature that could be added. It's another way to make the game play itself that Dimps seems to be proud of, as it appears in all the trailers of Sonic 4.
