Sonic 2 Chaos Shards

Hey Im finally glad that I restarted hacking!

Things noticable in this version:
Begining hack of Emerald Hill tiles
Same Palettes as old S2cs
Changed Title Screen
levels are in wierd orders
They don't all work.

Things unnoticable:
Changed sonics
speed
jump
speed with boots
bosses take more hits

Stuff I want help with
Changing the Hud (I cant get the Hud changer to work.)
Changing the title screen to say Chaos Shards.
Adding objects and not falling through floors in the 00 33 99 levels
Drawing new tiles
Adding new Sprites but keeping old ones
