    zoom in on it and you can see inside of it that weird plant on the good ending of sonic 1 :P
    Actually I have just noticed that this could be a Hoax since all prototypes of Sonic 1 say ring, instead of rings

    Well, those were just older names that I came up with. I'm not exactly 100% happy with them, since I ripped off a character name from Sonic Adventure 2 (Bio Lizard to be exact), so used one that I thought of from the top of my head (Mystical Ninja).

    This is strange, but actually the special stage is the same thing as the ending sequence. Want proof? Go into debug and look through the items until you get to a glitched piece of graphic(s) and place it, it bounces away.Do the same thing in the ending sequence and go figure.
