I can't get SonED to run on my computer (Windows ME)

It starts to open, and then I get three Windows error messages and it closes. How can I get it to run?

What do you have running when you open it?

Does it happen as soon as you get in it?

In the past it seems that whenever some kind of program that utilizes any form of graphics and/or components that SonED runs off, SonED fails to open, which is why I cannot have Internet Explorer, Gens, or several other programs running at the same time. As such, it may be Mozilla, considering it is a browser, which is causing the program to crash. Close it (and whatever Gaim is), and try running it again.

I got it to work and I have inserted Hidden Palace back into Sonic 2, except for some graphical glitches and other random glitches in the level. It is more playable than before, but debug is still a must.

How can I get Hidden Palace to function properly?

You need collision data to be fixed and you need to port some animated graphics. Such things need to be done in hex.

You don't need a hex editor to stick animated tiles back in... see my topic, "First post, first findings." Then, edit the tiles for the floor back in (it takes them away, bleh.), and you have it fully complete!
