How odd, works fine for me.
It's working fine now, but it wasn't a week ago, which was when the post was made.
Yeah, I have no idea why it was doing that a week ago though.
It was back up like by the next day or so.
Cool archive! One error: in the Mega Play BIOS, you'll need to change the filename of "megaplay.bin" to "epr-a15294.ic2" in order to get it to work with MAME (or at least the version I Have).
WOAH, went to SonAR, got some wierd kid's blog instead! O_o
Why does SonAR always keep on getting these weird domain problems?
This is a new one. I'll get right on it.
Update: It redirects to a blog from Type-Moon fans. heranbago.com is fine, but the IP sonar directs to was Qjimbo's. The possibilities:
- That site is on the same IP
- Qjimbo's box has moved IPs
- It's an evil plot by Shade and some american Type-Moon fans (unlikely).
- It is an evil plot by someone here (unlikely)
- A nameserver bug
- My hosting
Whatever. Fate/Stay Night is cool (I love Saber [Lily]).
Really bizarre though. I'd be willing to guess that your ISP fucked up for some reason, though.
Nah it's not that odd, basically we've moved back to Linux from Windows. And this is hardly a frequent problem, it's happened, what, twice? Over the past few years =P
Anyway, I'll be uploading everything over the course of the next few days. It's 6GB so it'll take a while on my 512kbps upstream.
Qjimbo was doing something with the server. Stuff is backed up so SonAR is on its way.
Out of curiosity, why the fuck did you even choose Windows as a server platform in the first place? =P
Hazzah! It is back up.
Originally it was Gentoo, but then I wanted to run Garry's Mod and other windows-only servers on it. After it turned out the server couldn't cope with that anyway, it was just left because it was such a hassle to switch. I finally decided to take the plunge, moving back to Linux, this time with CentOS.
Qjimbo. You do know that you can host a Garry's Mod server on Linux right? HLDS' binaries are literally available on the STEAM site.
Pardon for resurrecting this thread, but I wanted to ask how does one contribute to SonAR again? I've got quite a few things Heranbago might like (or not).
In related news, it seems the new server disallows directory browsing, so those Mega-CD ISO/MP3 links are useless atm. =[
Mind telling us what you have? =P
Also, popping a PM to Heran Bago would probably be the best way of getting an answer.
Just MSN him and give him a download link (From any host, like Mediafire) and on you go.
I've tried downloading the 920 beta of Sonic CD and the Hybrid ISO of Sonic CD and I get that same stupid Forbidden message each time. Why's that?
That and every CUE/BIN file I download has no music D: Or do I need to download the music separately?
