You should use only CDRwin to make proper cue/bin dumps. And only 3.9x and 4.0x versions, 5.x versions are made by an entirely different team and they're shit. You can get CDRWin here and key generator for it here. The extract mode should be set to disc image/cuesheet. I guess, that's all about it. DON'T USES ALCOHOL 120% OR OTHER PROGRAMS, THEY MESS UP AUDIO TRACKS, TRACKS GET 2 SECONDS WRONG.

As for upload, just ask Heran for login/pass for ftp.

Umm, Excuse me, but SonAR is down, and this message pop's up..."Account for domain sonar.heranbago.com has been suspended"

    I swear I didn't do it.

    Say it ain't so! :)

I'll wait for Heran Bago to reply with the details before I go crazy. :P However I hope someone has a back-up of the archive incase we need to host it elsewhere! How much space/bandwidth was that site using anyway? Sigh I knew I should have got the Sonic CD prototypes over the weekend..;)

Check the "SoNoes!" topic. His host took him down for having all those ROMs and new hosting will be supplied by Techokami and the Warez Hole.

Sorry about the three month bump but when is SonAR coming back? Heran said it was going to be hosted again two three months ago.

It's really hard to bump a sticky =P

Well if the server upgrade Saz is getting will allow for more space, then Heran can finish uploading the 6GB gobstopper known as SonAR's ROM directory.

If not, then he'll probably get a dedicated server for SonAR set up in his home.

Well, it's here. The larger files aren't, but they're coming back. I'm not complaining.

Indeed, Heran's on GlowingBridge's server now.

I can clean house on WarezHole now! Maybe even re-merge the models section? :o

Thanks to Qjimbo kicking my ass in gear, we're back in business! Almost.

I'm not running around grabbing the things I'm missing or listed yet, I ought to finish getting things back in order.
New games (listed with asterisks) will not be hosted as they are dumped. They may be hosted eventually.
I also need to tie up any loose ends with affiliates, but again, that's once I get more in order.

The ROM images for these systems/categories should all work. Others should give broken links atm.

    SonAR is back fuckers.

Thanks! Yeah, I think I need to add the two ROMs from the other topic pinned here too.

... why would they make a demo of sonic drift? I mean those games are like tiny... ahh well 'twas a different era

What happened to the site in the first place anyway?

There was some confusion and all the roms were removed by another person with administrative access to my server. But it's fixed now.

Mainly some threats to get it shutdown by reporting it to sega, primarily from a certain person who hated us at the time and because it was hosted by GB. So I believe one of the admins either moved or deleted the files. I was going to put it back online at one point, but I could not find where the files got put.

Edit- way to beat me too it Q...

Well I didn't want to really give the full story since it's a bit stupid, but yeah. Lord knows where Mad put the files.

It looks like he just deleted the "rom" folder.

This picture is going to be kept up to date. Here's what's restored:

Why yes, it is a screen shot of folder names!

Now to move on to the disc images.

There are a couple small 'wtf' thing's I'm missing like the US Sonic CD mp3 tracks but about everything should be in order.

  20. Hmm, makes me wonder who made those threats...
