So, what's next guys?

Please, people have been doing that ever since the Death Egg existed. Plus, it would go more along the lines of Metal Sonic = Darth Vader, Sonic = Anakin Skywalker, Robotnik = The Emperor, and so on and so forth.

 

I think the Oddysey could be one, but then again, that story isn't that much adventorus. It's only in a ship most the time!

 

Greek mythology. Sonic battling the Titans with the Olympians on his side. Sonic's friends could play the Olympians.

-Tails=Hephaestus
-Knuckles=Poseidon
-Amy=Aphrodite
-Hestia & Estia=Cream & Cheese
-Artemus & Frogs=Big & Froggy (Artemus is a based off Artemis, originally a girl, but I can't think of anyone else so it's a guy)
-Ares=Shadow
-Athena=Rouge
-Apollo=Silver
-Demeter=Blaze
-Hermes=Jet

Zeus & Hera are themselves. The story will have the Olympians being possessed by the Titans and Sonic is granted with the powers of god to save them and defeat the Titans.

 

Perhaps he'll pratfall from the heavens (again) when the gods call him. He'll fall into a grave marked for that worlds incarnation of Sonic and Zeus will call out "Wise fwom your gwave!"

 

Aeolus is a Roman god, right? It would be awesome to have Nights-esque flying powers thrown in there.

 

A Sonic western?

Sonic and the Texas Ranger.

They finally hammer the final nail in the coffin and give Sonic his own gun, which you can control by pointing with the Wii remote and pressing B to fire. Outside of this, Sonic will play exactly the same as he did in Black Knight.

Sonic has to team up with Chuck Norris (this is Sega cramming pop-culture out the ass into their game for the tweens who still tell Chuck Norris jokes) and ride around Texas, rangering bad guys.

You know how kids piss their names in the snow?

Chuck Norris can piss his name into concrete.

Apparently on Facebook right now there's a poll where you can at least help them select the genre for the next in the storybook series.

I myself voted for film noir:
"I think that Film Noir would be an incredible direction for the storybook series. I'd love to see, say, Shadow as a private investigator keeping a Magnum under his desk, approached by the sultry Rouge about some help getting a large gem back under her possession."


I of course still don't know what the hell I was thinking when I signed up for that site. Clearly I'm going crazy from overtiredness. I much prefer face-to-face communication; then again, I guess I don't get to see the old guys face-to-face very much these days.

I voted Sci-Fi...but I can honestly see that no matter what happens, fans will be screwed, because Fang and Knuckles won't appear in the next REAL Sonic game...it'll be a crappy storybook.

Srsly though, Sega have taken one myth from arabic culture and one from western europe. I expect greek, chinese, african and japanese. The next one if it is greek will be Pandora's Box.
