Let's & Go!! WGP has a SEGA Saturn controller and Virtua Fighter reference (one of several in the case of the latter).

Certainly. I took a quick look at the Wiki article, and I think I can provide the full info possibly needed for this. (Thank you for that).

The one I just shared above is from the 16th episode of Let's & Go!! WGP. That episode aired on April 21st, 1997, and is titled "The Champion Returns! Shine at the Great Japan Cup". The name of the character playing the controller is Gou Seiba.
There's a prior case involving the characters briefly playing Virtua Figther (as an arcade cabinet) in the prequel show. Let's & Go!!, it's in the 6th episode in that case, which aired on February 12th, 1996, and is titled "Magnum in Danger! The Lighting-fast New Machine!!"

Side note: I see Wikipedia lists all 3 shows under the same page. In that case, to possibly avoid confusion, it might be a good idea to label the WGP one as SE02E16, and the L&G one as SE01E06.

Alright so I found two more Virtua Fighter references in L&G. It's crazy how many there are here heh, but it also speaks volumes of VF's popularity in Japan at the time.
But first a few corrections for my above notes.
Earlier I mentioned Ep.6 of L&G being titled "Magnum in Danger! The Lighting-fast New Machine!!" I made a minor spelling error with Lighting, it was supposed to be Lightning, so I apologize for that.
In that episode he (Gou) gets defeated in the VF game by Jun Sagami (the girl in the other screenshot).

Now for the other instances I found.

This one is from S01E17, it is titled "The Birth of the V-Machines! Betting on Tomorrow's Victory". Aired on April 29th 1996. In this case Gou's playing Virtua Fighter to distract himself from being down over a destroyed machine/Mini 4WD/Miniature car of his. While the controller is more difficult to make out, and the console itself isn't seen. The characters in the first shot seem to me to be obviously inspired from Akira Yuki and Kagemaru.

This one is from S02E09, titled "The Mysterious Masked Racer! We Soar and Dash". Aired on March 3rd 1997. In here several unknown kids (top right screenshot) are shown playing on a cabinet which is then shown (on the lower left screenshot) to be Virtua Fighter 2 seemingly. With Jerry giving a piledriver to Sarah. Then another game is shown at the bottom right that Gou and another Grand Prix racer are playing (that I do not recognize?) screenshots of it though are shown on the top left.
    vlcsnap-2023-07-19-08h36m57s425.png
Finally, a repeat of the VF2 shot is shown on S02E19, titled "Win the Fearsome Death Match! Diospada vs. Cyclone Magnum". Aired on May 12th 1997. In this case, one of the members of the Italian team named Rosso Strada, bump into a bystander playing, causing him to lose the match, which causes him to go after them, only to get beaten up afterwards, with them acting like they did nothing to him.

I think that should be all, I'm fairly confident I covered all of them by now. Apologies for the long post.

I'm glad to have been of help!
Also minor correction (and sorry for not clarifying it earlier), Gou's the one who quotes Akira Yuki's winning line in S01E17, his father is the one shown in the screenshot but he's just spectating, Gou is the one talking in the background.

While I'm at it, I did want to add a few things to other entries on that page I'm familiar with.
The Neon Genesis Evangelion entry states that the character of Asuka is playing Virtua Fighter, presumably from the evidence of the "Winning Fighters" disc. However, closer inspection to the audio reveals she is playing Panzer Dragoon (with music from either the show's composers or a different source).
Since I can't seem to link a video on here. I will provide a temporary Google Drive link showing evidence of that.
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1srA5xvV79RD0ksyfnYl77Fnco0BGFXOB/view?usp=sharing

Also for the "You're Under Arrest" entry, I noticed the photo on there appeared to be in an unusually low resolution, so I went and got a higher quality one in 640x480.

If I find any more of these while watching programs I'll be sure to share them!

Although I do have a side question, I assume sponsorships don't count? Like say for example a sports program says this game's sponsored by SEGA Saturn, would that count?

Interesting point about Eva. That may be a Panzer Dragoon game shes playing. The two discs are definitely references to VF and Puyo Puyo though.

There are tons of Sonic items in Two Point Hospital (guess what I'm playing through!). Sonic Retro lists some, but it reads like it was based on the trailers alone - you get half a dozen objects from the get go, and you can litter the corridors with trees and sunflowers and Sonic Colours posters. I might even document it properly one day.

But I'm surprised to see no mention of the sequel, Two Point Campus. I don't own the game (yet), but is it really devoid of Sega references? To go from Hospital, which if anything has too many Sonic items, to Campus that apparently has none seems... really odd.

That's great! In that case, I dug through some of my collection and found some. I will try my best with documenting it accordingly, but please let me know if you need any further info.

WWF's Monday Night Raw program often had a sponsorship segment (as in specifying that the sponsor of this program is <insert company/brand>) and Slam of the weeks sponsored by a different brand/company. I've seen the SEGA Saturn in both of them, and while I do not remember all of the exact occurrences, I do remember some.

The May 27th 1996 episode of Raw, had SEGA Saturn sponsoring the slam of the week segment, featuring Panzer Dragoon Zwei, and emphasizing the system's 3 32 bit processors. The Slam of the week involved the British Bulldog and Shawn Michaels. Here are some photos for that.
    vlcsnap-2023-07-23-16h23m47s431.png vlcsnap-2023-07-23-16h23m52s450.png vlcsnap-2023-07-23-16h24m00s154.png vlcsnap-2023-07-23-16h24m06s115.png

The following week's episode, June 3rd 1996, likewise had SEGA Saturn for the Slam of the Week segment, this time featuring a match involving Hunter Hearst Helmsley and Marty Garner from WWF Superstars.
    vlcsnap-2023-07-23-18h23m25s100.png vlcsnap-2023-07-23-18h23m31s966.png vlcsnap-2023-07-23-18h23m37s710.png vlcsnap-2023-07-23-18h23m42s577.png
The following week's episode June 10th, followed. To avoid redundancy, I will only post 1 shot for the different slam of the week footage. This one involves Stone Cold Steve Austin and Savio Vega from the Caribbean Strap Match.
    vlcsnap-2023-07-23-18h26m12s147.png
Finally, the June 17th episode. Involving Jake Roberts against Justin Hawk Bradshaw on Superstars.

    vlcsnap-2023-07-23-18h30m23s359.png

While there is definitely more from my recollection. Actually finding it takes a lot of time. I will be sure to post more as soon as I find any.

The episode also aired before Zwei was even released, so that kind of answers it.

Uh, does Wiktionary count? Check out the pic in this page:

In two of the groups, the words CHAOS and EMERALD are next to each other, making for a stealth Sonic reference.

We do, I think. I'm still wrangling with the concept of possibly limiting wiki coverage by "notability", at least for certain topics (like this).

    Regardless, pretty neat collection.
