Sega CD ROM Dumping

First off, hi. I'm new here, but I've been observing the boards for quite a while. My name is Luminoth213 (as indicated), but please only refer to me as Luminoth. Odds are you won't recognize me unless you either play StarCraft
or have read one of my fan fictions at Fanfiction.net. In both of those plases, I go by the name "shadow_chaos90" Okay, so there's a dash there instead of an underscore on Fanfiction.net, but it's close enough.
I've read that it's possible to dump Sega Genesis ROM's using a Sega CD. I'm interested because I have a working Sega CD (and from the looks of it, I'm one of the few). Does anyone know how to dump roms with a Sega CD?
