Since x-hax is down right now, I'll put these links here (Megaupload): obj2nj SADXMDL SADXLVL And I've added the changed controls from SADXLVL v5 to SADXMDL. (But right clicking only rotates the camera.)
So I've spent the past two days making a new wiki page: SCHG:Sonic Adventure/Model Locations. As you might guess, it's mostly the same stuff as the SADX page, but with different numbers. However, there is one thing that is different: And according to Polygon Jim, it looks just like the spring from Sonic Jam's Sonic World. I've also updated SADXMDL on my site (not the wiki), and it can now open PRS compressed bin files and PRS compressed PVM files. I think I'm going to make a little program to convert nj files between Dreamcast and PC formats so Polygon Jim can pretend he's cool and paste all the DC models in SADX.
Now that seriously kicks ass. Makes you think a little bit more about what Sonic Adventure was like during the first 6 months of development? :P (inb4 someone posts a picture of SONIC JAM)
Let me one up you there. http://forums.sonicretro.org/index.php?sho...st&p=488687 Possibly from a very very early Sonic Adventure test map. It's in all the versions of Sonic Adventure.
A low poly SADX would be quite fun :P So, I've tried importing Charmy into SADX. Its going well so far, but I've ran into this problem: I dunno if its something I've done, or if its a problem with sadxmdl. I've tried multiple times, and I get the same result.
ultima espio: unfortunately I'm not the most experienced with importing models, and I don't know what caused that. :/ In other news, njswitch is done. I've only tested it with putting Sonic's DC body on his DX model, but it appears to work. It should also work the other way, but you can't currently import nj files to SA1 with SADXMDL.
I'm planning on making a sonic jam adventure hack for the dreamcast after RDX is done. I'm sure it'll be very popular here, at least I hope so.
Apparently some of the unupgraded models use different codes that I missed earlier, redownload the list.
Thanks! I've finished Charmy now: His arms and legs belong to Tails, just retextured. I couldnt figure out what was causing that glitch.
