SA2 Texture mods

    Does the modified .pak files from the SOC folder also go in the PRS folder of the mod loader?
    Tried editing the start menu and character theme backgrounds and it didn't seem to work.

    The PRS folder is used to provide HD versions of textures from the GameCube version's PRS-compressed GVM archives. The SOC folder holds files that are new for the HD ports, such as widescreen and Dreamcast version assets. Files from one cannot be used in the other. The files in PRS can be edited with TextureEditor, while the files in SOC need to be handled with ArchiveTool. Both programs are in the SA Tools package.

    I see, I use both frequently. So what folder should the SOC files go in?

    They don't seem to work...Still the same texture colors

    Should they also be PAK files, or some other format? I changed the color of the intro logo and some other things and it's not working.

    Edit: Never mind, I figured it out. I just wasn't paying attention to the "port only" text on the textures page.
