I'm sure this can't be very hard, but I haven't been able to find the answer online.

I just want to add a link in my signature to the latest item I have uploaded to the internet archive, and for it to be always dynamically updated to the latest item.

For example, here is an RSS query for the latest item in the collection "gamemanuals"

    https://archive.org/advancedsearch....ows=1&page=1&callback=callback&output=rss#raw

I can see there is metadata for <item><title> and <item><link> and <item><pubdate> which would all be useful for creating a link in my email signature, but I don't know how to do it.

When I search for answers, I'm directed for plugins for outlook, but I can't install third party software on my work computer. It seems like it should be a relatively simple thing to do without needing additional software.

I tested one plugin on my home computer - mapilab live signatures. It worked well, and I was hoping to just re-use the code, but obviously they don't make it too easy to just rip the code from their free trial. It looks like they just create a visual basic script macro to run and create a link in the signature for that point in time, where it just updates every time you send an email. This also doesn't seem like it would be a hard task, but I'm the kind of script kiddy who can't do things from scratch, and likes to just copy and modify a pre-existing template, but I'm struggling to find an example I can work with.
