ofcourse Sonic 1 isnt that good. You have to look at it through 1991, It kicked ass for the time. Some of you who were still in diapers on 1991 probably woudnt think of it as a cool game. It blew away everything before it

 

Actually, I cared little about that symbol. And as someone else said, seeing that on everyone's face gets annoying. Sonic Rush Adventure did improve on this but I feel the badniks stood out much more.

Does it matter if the robots grin? You're supposed to smash them (or run past them, whichever you prefer), not take photos.

But, eh, each wo/man to her/his craft, I suppose.

I actually personally share that sentiment of N0i there - *twas torture for me to get through 16-bit Sonic 1 (surprised I even managed to do so with all Emeralds), and I swore that I'd never go through that again. ... it's better for my lungs and vocal chords, too, that way.

 

Don't trust wikipedia.


But I admit, it would be cool if Prope was involved in some way with this game.
Although, considering so far the only game they made was Let's Tap.....

I swear I once heard about a fangame called Sonic Legends, so maybe it's that.

Oh thank you, I knew I'd heard those bells of doom somewhere before. I can't wait for Sonic Halo. Might as well tack on another genre to the series right?

 

Sweet jesus we've hit 90 pages already. I wonder how big this thread is going to be when we finally get new info.

 

At that point it will be too late. The topics of this game all across the web will overflow and merge into the Phantom Thread, and thread-ten to consume the blogosphere in analytical and retentive debates over a cartoon rodent.

That's where a classic version of Sonic will get sucked in and be forced to fight his toughest enemy--his fanbase.

Sonic Team knew about Epic Mickey from the start and decided to one-up Mr. Specter. This is the real Proect Needlemouse.

 

It's already too late actually, it already overhyped. And it was just one trailer. Gotta hate how easy it is to overhype.

I have an inside source who told me the plot of the game. Sonic has to stop Robotnik by obtaining something known as the SUPER WALNUT. You find it at 1000 points.
