Project Needlemouse: old threads

I bet the only character to make the cut will be Sonic. I remember reading Sega said the game was to take Sonic back to his roots (or something to that extent), so it would make sense for Sonic to be the only character there. Also, a lot of the questions seem to be Sonic 1-related. It seems like they're trying to subtly tell us there's a relation between S1 and PN.

The only problem with that is that then this would be a completely pointless promotional activity... and considering how pointless their first mention of this game was, I'm not sure how much more frivolous shit they can really get away with.

I don't know tweeter, and I don't have interesting in registering it. I do have an iPhone with free internet access though, but no tweeter no thank you.

I'm pretty sure that there's mechanisms built into Twitter that prevent one person repeating a hash tag from influencing the trending topics. Of course, there aren't working mechanisms to prevent spambots altogether, so it's not out of the question that it would work. But Sega did us a favor for asking everyone to tweet it at the same time. If it doesn't happen now then there's no chance that #sega will become a trending topic later.

Edit: Irrelevant to this, but I just noticed something...

 

How's the contest results looking? Do we still have a fair chance at accomplishing that?
