Well, I think yes, since the newer Pokemon are not known for everyone. Maybe till Jotho (or whatever it is in english :P) but not the GBA games.

 

IIRC, Hodgy told me in IRC that he wanted all Kanto Pokémon and music, etc. but was open to using Johto stuff if it was neccessary.
Which it isn't.

 

Suggestion: SOMEWHERE MissingNo. needs to be in the game. Certainly, I'm not fully going to play it without it.

 

The final boss (Eggman's crushers) needs to be made of Missingnos.

And of course he should use only Kanto Pokemon! They were the only good Pokemon

Hey, you should really fix Pikachu's tail when he's jumping, it should tuck into his body somehow, because it's incredibly distracting in-game. Otherwise, great work! Look forward to some smoother animations!

 

That spindash needs to be changed. How about instead of spinning around when charging the spindash, he runs in place.

Keep in mind that if Hodgy rejects some of your guys' ideas, I'm doing another version (as I mentioned in my first post in the topic), so I might use some of them. I'm certainly going to be using Gold/Silver music, if I can figure it out.

Also, Missingno. should be the assembly error statement (I.e, "Wild MISSINGNO. used $address!" when the game hangs).

 

Too bad the finished hack will probably have no errors like this. :P

 

Make MissingNo. a boss. If the battle lasts over, say, two minutes, the game "crashes" and Pikachu loses a life.
