My un-named Sonic 2 hack

Yah, I am, and yes, she's in my avatar.

About the background, I'm gunna compleatly make a new one for it, it'll give more of a inside an actual palace feel, instead of a sort of anchaint palace feel.

As for the different shapes, well I tryed that, but it made everything look... weird... I had some ideas though, there's parts in the original Water Palace where there's water flowing out of the walls, well, sence HPZ alread has a water rotating palette, I figured why not add that in? I also decided to try adding another style of the main "brick" I'll post up new screens soon as I get those added in.

Yah, I'm a guy, if you're woundering why I have it say I'm a girl everywhere, well, for god knows why people always have seemed to call me a girl online, even when I went by Knuckles Kid, and they do it to me in real life to, 'cause I have long hair probably, but yah, I started the whole thing a while back to make a big joke out of it, so when people actualy fall for me saying I'm a girl I can get a laugh out of it when I tell them I'm a guy XD.

I also tryed for another kind of brick, but it's sorta... too small and square ^^; it looks alright how I got it though at least.

 

This is my last trial post, but I have a good feeling I'll be able to get in, so here's what I've got for you guys today...



These are gunna be "support" pillers that you'll find when you take lowwer paths in the level (I'll be making 2 and some times up to 4 different paths at points in the levels), I haven't got the blocks that sit on top of them yet, but they'll be about the same as the normal roof tiles, just a full 128x128 instead of a half of one, but yah, the way I've got it rigged up sonic will run behind these when you go past them, I'm debating on if I should put some that sonic can run in front of though.

 

Well I ment as in having both kinds, and they'd use different art work to show one is more close to the camera and one farther back and shadowed by the platform it's holding up, so the far back one, that sonic would walk in front of would probably be darker then the current one that he can walk in front of.

BTW, I'm still gunna put my furry in there, I'm just refering to the character as Sonic as he's still there.
