So this was a thing at one point: In a really eerie coincidence, I managed to find and recover some background paintings from an old snapshot of Traveller's Tales website... the morning of the same day in which this video was published! (Maybe he saw my attempts to retrieve unexistant Mickey Mania files from the current server and remembered about this?) These include a couple of backgrounds for the desert level (which I was going to ask about but I guess there's no need for that anymore) as well as some others that I don't remember seeing in the first game (then again, I haven't tried the PlayStation version, which I think added a few levels). Wanted to post in this thread for the longest time, I absolutely love ALL of this. Amazing to see so much gorgeous artwork that was going to appear in this game before cancellation. TT seriously had some incredible programmers that weren't hesitant to try and push the genesis system to its limits.
