A tool for Sonic Mania to make creating, and loading Mania Mods much easier.
It is still in beta, so expect minor bugs or missing features.
    Features:
    - Advanced mod creator.
    - Can be used to edit or combine mods.
    - Mod loading ordered by priority.
    - Compatible with mods made for MainMemory's loader.
    - Can convert model files to STL.
    - Backs up and caches Mania's unedited files.
    - Update system (Supports both automatic and manual checking).
    - Optional custom data path, so mods don't get overwritten when Mania gets updated.

    Current Version: BETA 0.7.6c

We're cracking that already, I see? Excellent. Can't wait to see both attempts at new characters being put in the special stage + perhaps cute uses of the special stage models themselves :p

Why is it trying to put everything on the root of the drive?

Also, it's not 100% compatible with mods made for the mod loader, since it only does data file replacements, and the mod loader supports custom code via DLLs.

Did you put it in the same folder as Sonic Mania?
Because it's designed to run standalone.
I should have probably clarified not to put it in the Mania folder.

I did, but that doesn't really answer my question. It also seems a bit counter-intuitive, but whatever, I was just checking it out to see what was there.

Oh, my bad. I forgot to mention in my post that it was a bug.

I don't see how it's counter-intuitive, since it will normally auto-detect Mania's location anyway. It's easier to just extract the tool into Documents or something.

I also didn't want it to be a requirement, since if Mania gets updated, it will likely wipe most of those files.

Still needs to be fixed though. I'll have to update it to work in Mania's folder, but also give a warning if it detects it's in the Mania folder.

Can't update it for a bit though, because my OS hard drive just failed.

  7. That's not really how Steam Updates work. Unless you're replacing files from Sonic Mania, the extra files in the folder won't be touched.

You should listen to MainMemory, they've been doing really phenomenal work for mod loaders with other Sonic games on Steam.
