That would actually be quite comical! Game vomits (as the video maker says) then SEEEGGAAAAAA!! then suddenly your Cartridge goes POP! and the casing blows off it!
Random question: does the megaglitch go away when pressing Reset or does the console need to be shut off to get rid of it?
Soft resetting won't do anything. You have to do a hard reset. By the way, if you do the glitch wrong, the game will hard reset. This is the only time I've seen it do this, all other times were soft resets. You'll also get a hard reset if you try to go into Lava Reef through the level select.
Top stuff as ever GoldS! The MegaGlitch cracked me right up. Probably a daft question but any ideas as to why it causes the effect that it does?

I watched a few of these and the amount of fooling around to find all these glitches must have been *hard*. I actualy found pretty much every glitch or exploit that exists in S&K collection. If I can find that disc and find a good (free) screen cap I could make a similar video to yours. I found some pretty awesome glitches.
