At the time of this post the game is almost fully funded and the campaign only started four days ago. It's a shmup. There is also a free demo available that works on real hardware as well. There are apparently two demos, but I don't know if that means the one on the page is the 2019 demo and the second one is Kickstarter exclusive or if this free one is the second and we then need to track down the first with the exclusive demo being the third. Lastly, they are French. Just putting that out there.
