Use "-dmax 32" to avoid the ds.b problem. I must have forgotten we weren't all already using that
Those lines that show up in the errors don't even exist, so I don't know what happened to yours. Try again with a clean copy, adding the dmax paramater when you call the assembler

    Shouldn't this be stickied?

Also, I'm gonna take a shot at converting this to a split disassembly. If anyone would like to help, especially with the S3 portions, please say so (I've already acknowledged you ThunderSpeed)

Apparently either you can't use it, or it's not the best text editor in the world.

Ooh, why thank you for the honor, jman. =P

Also, I could give it another shot, but when I looked for those exact lines in the IDB file (dc.w LoadWaterPalette-Map_187888 was found in both the output ASM and the IDB), I found the exact same thing... perhaps a somewhat corrupted download? =P

EDIT: Yeah, nothing I'm trying is working. I've tried using an older version of IDA, I've tried fixing the errors myself(2700+ errors is a bit too much for me. =P), and pu70's download failed on me... This is getting annoying. =P

The output text file is over 10MB, perhaps even more... It crashes the editor because there's waaaaaay too much to load, at least practically. I could probably get it to open if I tried, but I'd probably have to close every other little thing I had open.

jman, I find it ironic that your little logo only displays the text "2006", and has for the past year and a half, but doesn't lead anywhere, and it's not a part of an ARG or anything, because there's no other code on the page.

    What is up with that?

Umm... >_> <_< Good catch, I was gonna change that to 2007 but completely forgot about it.

If that download gives you a 13 MB gzip file, it's really uncompressed so rename it to .asm. It worked for me, making a 4 MB ROM, but there was no sound (after the SEGA sound made a static noise) and it only played Sonic and Knuckles. With the export from IDA 4.8 I get a larger ASM file that gives a whole slew of errors.
