Icecap Pallettes = Headache

    I can't edit the backround in Icecap zone. The strange thing is that I can edit the backround for the underwater pallette, but not the above water backrounds for acts one and two. Anybody know what is going on?

    Obviously the pallete editor you're using doesn't have all the Icecap palletes. Why don't you find the palletes yourself with a hex editor?

    You could use sonED to do that.
