How would I enable the dev menu in Sonic 1 iOS?

    How would I enable the dev menu in Sonic 1 iOS?
    I have the Data.rsdk unpacked, I just can't figure out how to enable the dev menu. If it helps, I removed ads from the game.
    If you could find the toggle I would greatly appreciate it!
