I just found this the other day, and it's pretty difficult. It seems that emulators don't like it, since I tried to get it to work and it wouldn't on Kega. Ocean Resort would start, then the game would bug out a bit and restart. Hacks such as this one don't necessarily meet the criteria for being on the wiki, it falls under a mini hack if anything but that's just my opinion. The object placement is all over the place, music edits sound bad, and the palettes don't look that great either. It looks like it's trying to imitate those horrible Master Edition hacks but even then those hacks had a bit more effort put into them.
