The difference between this one and the normal Sonic 1 is that I think Robotnik's face is automatically burned in Green Hill, Robotnik's in a different position in Marble Zone, there's a duplicate of Robotnik at Labyrinth that'll try to lure you off guard, and invisible spikes on the Sea-Saw while fighting Robotnik in the Star Light Zone.
