I think a TV capture should only be used if the game doesn't work in any emulators or is undumped. For example, Bust-A-Move 4 has some sort of layer transparency issue in Demul.

I'd make this a weekend project if I still had my collection. And if UG was still around. I started it when I was organizing the my collection, starting with the ones I played the most.
One of these days, I'm going to go back to my dreamcast collection and find all of these dating sims, just so that I can claim a 100% complete status. I've already sort out of fair few of them, like the rare Patisserie Nanyanko, just to fill my 'retail dreamcast games released in DVD cases' collection.
Thats one, although since I'm working with an HDTV, I can't tell if there should be any kind of imperfections.
