    DosBox-X from joncampbell123 for Win32-ARM, win32-ARM64, hx-dos, and x86-x64. Intel Macintosh and Linux too.

    Arm 32bit (e.g. Windows 8.1 RT in test mode) users should download the zip with "windows" followed by .zip extension in filename without quotes (e.g. dosbox-x-windows-20200301-030930-windows.zip). Program is in the bin/arm/release subfolder (including a SDL2 variant).

    Was tempted to post this in engineering thread but dosbox is usually used for msdos assemblers and programming.

    Here's a screenshot of Windows 8.1 RT with Dosbox-x. The video playing shows image morphing from "Wavefront Composer" on a SGI Onyx. If you've played "Contra Hard Corps" 16bit Sega catalog, you can witness image morphing when changing character on character select screen.
