    White label like that most likely would contain final or very close to final code so your not going to find anything too interesting most likely.

    These discs are always more or less identical the the finished releases. They used these in those Dreamcast play cabinets for example. The exceptions being games that were not released on retail like Flintstones Viva Rock Vegas.

    Yeah, I've got a couple of white labels - hell, there's a scan of one of mine on the wiki: File:SA2Prerelease.jpg

    If they say pre-production, they're basically final-code, as far as I can tell. If they have Beta written on (like one of mine does), that's a little different. Either way, it's not worth €50 unless you just want a copy of CT that's slightly rarer and more special than the production version.
