Alright, some important things have occurred since my last post, so I'll put down some bullet points before we get on to the update change notes. * The main reason I changed the topic title is because Construct 0.x is now once again being updated, but no longer by the Scirra developers, instead, a few dedicated people from the community have kept the spirit of the original and are continuing to improve on it. Construct 0.x will now go by the name "Construct Classic", to differentiate it from its successor, and will now use the "release number" system for new builds, rather than 0.xx.xx. * Construct 2 has had two builds since my last post. Release 32.2 added, among other things, an early implementation of behaviors, including a very basic 8-direction behavior, and attributes have been merged with behaviors, mainly because built-in attributes overlap heavily with behaviors, and families pretty much serve the exact same purpose as custom attributes, but with extra features. The latest build is Release 33. * Construct 2 licensing has not been finalized yet. But Tom has said that there will be a free version of Construct 2 for non-commercial use, so it seems there's less reason to complain now. * Aside from implementing behaviors and the soon-to-be implemented image editor and animations, Ashley's laptop went down shit creek without a paddle, so he's gonna have to get a new one, slowing things down a bit. Okay, now... Changelogs! Construct 2 Release 33 Construct Classic Release 1
