I understand that, and because of this I requested to be commissioned. Donations help, but I prefer to be commissioned. Jim wanted to request commissions, but he's busy recently. I'd like to release the comic, but that's up to him and I won't do it without authorizathion.

Anyway, there's no prob to me wait until June or July, if everybody want to see a release first.

Probably the release will happen on Portal Sonic.

Yeah, it's Marble. All zones appear quickly, similar to that prototype comic released by SEGA on US in 1991/1992.

And nobody interested to help commissioning me or donating to help Jim buy more chapters? I didn't received any request yet. Am I draw that bad? :v:

I'll probably donate in April, around 25€. I can't give anymore as I'm in college and money is very tight right now with the beginning of a new term and books are expensive, around 100€ each. We'll see though, it is very tight but I'm looking very forward to this.

I think that was concept art for a game about Robotnik in a kind of nightmare land. This was before they thought up of Sonic and decided to cast Robotnik as a villain. I think that's the story.

And the Teddy Roosevelt caricature is very apparent in this drawing. Here are some early examples:

I'm kinda surprised Studio Ghibli didn't sue them! Oo' That and Doctor "Eggman" Robotnik are really really similar! just trim the beard a bit and make him rounder, give him some leather Jeanes and a cape, ta-da the good ol Eggsman! ^^

Unfortunately, my Kanji knowledge is very limited, and I struggle to read any Kana not in a standard font, especially the smaller characters, so that's probably all I can do.

I don't know how far he got, but RyogaMasaki had already started a translation project 4 years ago. I guess his site is dead now, but it wouldn't hurt to ask him, Trunks or someone else who might've saved this shit for a backup.
