I think a lot of Sonic music goes well with this part of Party Rock Anthem. I've heard Sonic CD music that fits it like a glove. Here was one of my attempts at it with the Gumball Machine music from Sonic 3.

Ironic how, when you consider this was a mashup of all themes from a zone called Crisis City, this was actually quite beautiful. =)

It's good and has a lot of many unique ideas and sounds, but it could be MUCH cleaner!

 

I think this would be the correct thread to ask this...

I was just on YouTube looking for a mashup I heard a while back and really enjoyed. I don't remember all of it, but I'm fairly certain it had "Reach for the Stars" and "Endless Possibilties" mixed together with vocals. I'm not quite sure since I don't have '06, but I think it might have also had "His World" in it as well. I found one that had Nega-Wisp Armor - Phase 2, Solaris Battle theme, and the battle theme for Perfect Dark Gaia, but I'm pretty sure that's not the one I'm looking for.

Do any of you guys know which video I'm talking about? It's driving me nuts that I can't find it.

I'm actually making a whole Sonic-themed album worth of these. I'm not sure whether I should make an individual thread in Creative Works so you can request some, but yeah.

Here's one I made last week:

 

I made an unorthodox mashup.



I muted the percussion from a Super Adventure Island II song, muted everything but the percussion in Launch Base Act 2, and smushed them together.
