http://www.gamesindustry.biz/articles/2017-08-24-atlus-sets-up-european-publishing-team-in-london This is pretty big news. Atlus has always had trouble publishing their games in Europe, even under Sega since Sega Europe didn't want to publish their games here. They recently partnered up with Deep Silver to publish their games in Europe, which resulted in some games like Persona 5 actually being released around the same time as in the US instead of us getting the games months later. But even then that was (and still is) the exception to the rule. So Atlus now finally publishing their games in Europe themselves should hopefully result in their games actually releasing here at around the same time as in the US.
What I'm hoping for here is that this means they'll actually put in the effort to localize the games, putting in actual translation efforts. From my experience, games tend to be less popular over here if they're not in the local language - especially wordy RPGs.
