I'm trying to get the platinum trophy in Sonic Unleashed on PS3, but I need a little help.

I was tracking trophies through Exophase and PSNProfiles and following some tips from myPSt (the latter is Brazilian so the tips are in Portuguese) and it was very useful to get all the trophies so far.

At the moment I just need to finish the hot-dog missions in Eggman Land to get the rest of the trophies but it's a really difficult stage and any death means I have to go back to the beginning of the mission. It's really frustrating having to finish theses stages so many times in a row without dying, Adabat's hot-dog mission and Empire City were already very frustrating (I'm honestly really rooting for Sega to re-do these missions in a possible future remaster, it's extremely repetitive and not at all intuitive)

So... does anyone have any tips?, any shortcuts?, anything?

Press pause during the QTE-section with the blue springs and get really close to your TV during the balancing sections. Nothing groundbreaking, but that's how I did it. There's also a speedrun strat that involves the Werehog's drill move, but others can tell you more about that.

When you've made it this far, you might as well keep going! As frustrating as they are, it feels pretty good unlocking that last achievement.

This person has some good tips on how to beat it.

But I get you, it was really hard for me as well. Still mad that my 360 got a red ring of death and I sent it to get fixed only to have all my data/achievements get deleted for some reason.

Don't worry about going fast - the time is so lenient you'll probably get nowhere near the limit, even on the hardest one. Just focus on survival.

Don’t be too hasty on the pipes Werehog section. That’s probably the area where I most frequently failed.

Also great to attempt if you’re working through some anger, because on your 10th attempt, around 10 minutes in, you might be yelling some expletives.
