Sonic 1 Revelation

Hello guys, for those of you who don't know me my names animemaster and I have been working on a hack called sonic 1 revelation. Now I have a valid account on here, I thought I would post about my hack here awell as ssrg. Those of you who do know me on ssrg will already know about the hack so I am posting my recent update of this hack.

Major Update: Well sought off, first release of sonic 1 revelation!. But sorry to say speed park zone (slz) is the only level to play in this beta release. But I hope you enjoy it! I will explain what is in this build, and what will be expected in the next build.
This Build:
New segascreen music, and new music from other games.
An SSRG screen.(no real theme here yet)
Brand new titlescreen.
Options at the titlescreen.(Not fully finished)
sonic 2 options menu.
sonic 2 levelselect.
Speed park sone, with new BG art and new layout.
Speed park zone boss, Layout edit.
Sonic,silver and shadow playable.
Super forms for all.(shadow and silver's palette not finished,collect one emerald and then 50 rings)
Jumpdash for sonic, double jump for shadow, and highspeed dash for shadow.(press a on ground)
Spindash(everyone).
Bubbleshield(no bounce I'm afraid).
Peelout extra sprites when running to fast.(no actual peelout)
Pose at the end of the act.
Lampost stars(non working, not finished)
And well if theres anything else I have missed out, well you will find out.

Planned in the next build:
Fully functional s3k shields
Bonus stages, accessed by the lampost stars
New special stages
Fully functional super forms
Tails maybe playable as well as knuckles
New zone,or zones implemented
More new art
Custum bosses(asm and layout)
Better titlescreen
Supersonic, supersilver will fly
Silver fly temporarly in normal state
Dynamic tilesets
FBZ ported from s3k
cutscenes
Bonus level for collecting all emeralds
And more...

Thank you, yes Frosty maze(LZ) is based on an ice cap version of Lz. The first act is based out side, and is planed to be more speed baced. Where as the inside is more like lz.

 

You don't =P, Speedpark zone is the only level playable in this release.

 

You used a savestate to hack my hack? oh why. Please I didn't include other levels because they are not complete. I'm sorry this was kinda rushed, the next release will be better.

Oh sorry =P, there are bugs I am aware of. Peelout sprites are glitched sometimes in angles. Lamppost stars are not using the stars as the art. Not all of the layout is complete but if you go the right way you can exit the level. The boss is hard with out supersonic, But with him it is really easy.
Sprites are not fully complete I know. This is a work in progress beta really. But you can see not just from th rom, but the screenshots that its progressing and you can see what it will become.

 

Well I am crediting people who have helped me in the past, and you have. Including questions I may have asked in the past, that have built my hacking knowledge and has brought me to where I am today. Also you did fix that music fix for me.

 

Sorry for the bump, I'm just letting you know sonic revelation is on hold, but not canceled. My computer crashed and am now using my psp. So it may take awhile to get another because I don't have any money. (looking for a job)Sorry guys I never expected this to happen.
