    Crap, I don't know the first thing about doing that. Would I still be able to run it in PAL mode if I replaced the oscillator? I have a fair amount of PAL games, so I'd like to be able to run both if possible.

    I don't know, I'll test that out as soon as I get my copy of Sonic 2 and my Mega Drive in the same place.

    The problem happens in NTSC mode (60Hz.) I am European, so naturally my TV supports PAL. The image is in colour when it comes in. In fact, it looks perfectly fine apart from the fact that it keeps going away, which is what confuses me most.

    It's not just the airship, parts of the island look like Hydrocity and Sky Sanctuary and other levels. There was an old comparison page, I don't know by who - Iceknight maybe.


    Hell, Generations furthered the Sky Sanctuary connection with the inside sections.
