In Topic: Green Hill Vs Emerald Hill: Which Zone is More Memorable?

I don't know how to vote here. The music from GHZ always pops up in my head, so that's more memorable for me. But I prefer to play EHZ over GHZ. >.< -

I find nothing wrong with what Sega is doing. Yeah they have no shame, but I find no shame in what they're doing. It's their property, they can sell it and repackage it however they choose. I actually prefer what they're doing. The fact that I can obtain Sonic titles on pretty much any platform I choose is convenient and awesome.
Bring more titles to more platforms please, Sega

In Topic: Sonic Generations Megathread II

I would just be absolutely thrilled if Generations style gameplay became the norm for Sonic, albeit with new levels as opposed to all remakes (although there are still levels I would love to see remade). Yes the levels in Generations are remakes based on existing classic and modern levels, but the fact that they were able to take modern stages and build very impressive classic versions of them just tells me that they do still have a lot of talent and potential for greatness. The level themes may not be new, but the layouts are fresh and, in my opinion, comparable to the best that Sonic has had to offer. I think if they take the design philosophy behind the modern-turned-classic stages in the game (and vice versa), and apply it to new types of levels, that they could pump out some good stuff.
Also, I love the alternating classic/modern gameplay of Generations - and this is what I'm actually talking about when I say I want Generations style gameplay to become the norm. Traditionally, I prefer classic Sonic gameplay over modern gameplay any day - but I've come to find that the alternating styles in Generations gives me a more satisfying experience overall when compared to games with only one style. Though I do enjoy the modern Sonic games, I always end up craving classic gameplay after spending a while with them. Generations succeeded in changing my near-lifelong preference of "classic over modern". Before Generations, if I were asked what I like better, my answer would be sidescrolling Sonic, easy. But now, I can safely say that I do NOT want a new Sonic game with purely classic style gameplay. Don't get me wrong, I'd definitely enjoy a Generations-like, purely 2.5D classic experience - but the point is that, thanks to Generations, I do not crave classic over modern, or modern over classic - I want them both in one package.
I'd love for a Sonic game with brand new levels each consisting of one classic act and one modern act. -

Rayman Origins is just gorgeous and I'd be happy if they could do that with a Sonic game. The animations are super smooth, the art is great and all the effects are beautiful. I did love Generations, though. I'd be happy if they kept that style up. -

Are you serious? Ok then, here is the first search result I did of Core i3 2100 benchmarks. Though it doesn't compare 2100 to the Phenom II X2, it compares it against a QUAD CORE Phenom II X4 955 because...well, even THAT lost to this dual core processor. And this time Windows and all things were same. You're just trying to deny the facts here. Fanboy much?
If anyone still doesn't believe me, go google yourself because I am tired now. :P
EDIT: Oh, and as for your overclocking argument, instead of buying $30 cooler for overclocking your AMD, you can spend that $30 to get a higher factory clocked Intel processor so now your overclocked AMD loses again (and that without voiding your warranty and lower power AND potentially lower noise).
I won't deny the facts at all - I even said you were right in that regard.
While Bulldozer is nothing amazing - the chips are dirt cheap and improve upon the Phenom chips - although they still don't beat out Intel's current offerings clock-for-clock, but do perform very well in highly threaded applications.
Also, notice I highlighted the words "this time" in your post above. I wasn't denying facts with the benchmark that YOU posted. That YOU linked to. The fact is that the benchmark comparison YOU linked to the first time was garbage, pure and simple
